Studio Auconta is a renowned boutique firm that provides multidisciplinary tax and consultancy services, based in Ventimiglia and boasting an extensive professional network. It is a dynamic and innovative firm that carefully analyses the needs, ideas and challenges of its clients, providing them with bespoke solutions designed to ensure their success. The firm’s expertise ranges from corporate services (from incorporation to administrative, tax, accounting, and employment management, including the handling of all periodic and annual obligations: from identification to tax refunds, periodic and annual returns, as well as the preparation of tax returns). Furthermore, the firm specialises in business valuations. Among the additional services offered by Auconta, we also provide tax consultancy (corporate and business, including international), double taxation advice, property consultancy and Family Office services.
Our team
Barbara Vernazza
After graduating in Corporate finance and Financial markets from the University of Turin, she has gained experience with international firms. She is registered with the Italian Association of Tax Advisors and the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Imperia (no. 438/A), and is a member of the Equal Opportunities Committee of the Imperia Association. Within the firm, she provides consultancy services to companies, specialising in the international sector.
Elisa Amelia
Management
Holds a degree in Economics and Management with a Master’s degree specialising in Human Resources Management, Clinical Governance and Healthcare Management, as well as a Master’s in Business, Marketing and Project Management, she works as a consultant and trainer in the field of workplace safety (Registration No. L81). Elisa is qualified as a Health and Safety Manager (RSPP) for low, medium and high- risk environments, with a specialisation in the construction, quarrying, agriculture and fishing sectors. She provides consultancy services on preparing Risk Assessment Documents (DVR), Operational Safety Plans (POS), Integrated Risk Assessment Documents (DUVRI) and other mandatory documents concerning workplace safety. Within the firm, she is responsible for personnel administration and consultancy on labour and safety matters (Law 81).
Matteo Magnaghi
Qualified in accounting and as a commercial expert. He works as a freelance tax consultant, qualified in accordance with Lapet regulations and further certified according to UNI 11511 by the Faculty. Within the firm, he provides tax consultancy services to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Veronica Simbari
Civil lawyer, graduate from the University of Genoa and registered with the Bar of Imperia. She is an expert in tax law, specialising in litigation and relations with the tax authorities. She is Vice-President of AIGA – the Italian Association of Young Lawyers, Imperia branch – as well as a member of CAT – the Chamber of Tax Lawyers of Liguria. She has also furthered her knowledge of tax matters by completing a Master’s degree in Tax Law. Within the firm, she provides assistance to private individuals and businesses, supporting them in both out-of-court and court proceedings, offering practical support to effectively safeguard client’s interests.
Simona Oliva
Born in 1981, she is part of the employment consultancy team and is responsible for preparing and processing payslips, issuing certificates for workplace safety courses, staff recruitment and subsidised finance applications
Morena Giampà
Born in 1989, she is part of the accounting and financial reporting team and specialises in consultancy and the management of limited companies. Having gained several years’ experience in consultancy firms, within our office she handles management and tax compliance matters relating to limited companies.
Giorgia Scappatura
Born in 2001, she joined our team where she provides consultancy services to limited companies and partnerships; she also handles the registration and deregistration of companies with the relevant authorities.
Céline Haond
Born and raised in France, she studied in Chambéry at the University of Savoy. After obtaining two degrees in languages (specialising in international trade, law and educational sciences) and a Master’s in management, she was awarded the title of ‘Ingénieur-Maître’. Céline is a translator, interpreter and language teacher, who began her career in Rome in 2000 before relocating to Monaco in 2002. She is also a sworn translator at the Court of Appeal of the Principality of Monaco and is, furthermore, a founding member and former Honorary Vice-President of the Chamber of Translators and Interpreters of Monaco (C.T.I.M.). Within the firm, she provides linguistic support between the firm and its clients.
